Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 2026
AAAI Studio LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the Fast PDF Reader mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding any information collected when you use the App. By using Fast PDF Reader, you agree to the terms described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information that you enter into the App or any PDF files you open. All document processing occurs entirely on your device — your files never leave your device or pass through our servers.
We do not require account registration and we do not collect your name, email address, payment information, or any other personally identifiable information.
2. Analytics
We use Firebase Analytics (provided by Google LLC) to collect anonymized, aggregated information about how the App is used. This helps us understand feature usage, diagnose crashes, and improve the App experience.
Firebase Analytics may collect:
- Device type and operating system version
- App version and session duration
- Anonymized in-app events (e.g., feature taps)
- Crash reports and performance diagnostics
- General geographic region (country/city level)
This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify you personally. For more information, see Google’s Privacy Policy.
3. Advertising
Fast PDF Reader is supported by advertising. We use the following third-party advertising networks, which may collect certain data to serve relevant ads:
Google AdMob
AdMob (Google LLC) serves ads within the App and may use your advertising ID, device information, and usage data to show relevant advertisements. AdMob’s data practices are governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.
Meta Audience Network (Facebook)
We may also use Meta Audience Network to serve ads. Meta may use your advertising ID and device data to show personalized advertisements. Meta’s data practices are governed by Meta’s Privacy Policy.
You can opt out of interest-based advertising at any time through your device’s advertising settings (Settings → Google → Ads on Android).
4. Data Storage & Security
All PDF files and documents you open in the App are processed locally on your device. We do not upload, store, or access your files on any external server.
App preferences (such as reading settings, bookmarks, and annotations) are stored locally on your device using standard Android storage. We implement commercially reasonable safeguards; however, no method of storage is 100% secure.
5. Permissions
The App may request the following device permissions:
- Storage / Files: To open PDF files stored on your device.
- Camera: To use the built-in document scanner feature (if applicable). Camera access is only used when you actively use the scanner and is not used otherwise.
You may revoke any permission at any time through your device’s settings.
6. Children’s Privacy
Fast PDF Reader is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe your child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us at support@fastpdf.net and we will promptly remove any such information.
7. Third-Party Links & Services
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you use.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
